Sunday afternoon Bottomless Brunch with friends. Superb value for money and really attentive and friendly service from Jill and Jack. We never felt rushed and there was never not a round of drinks on the table. Jill and Jack were both really engaging and entertaining with us. All round fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
We love Turtle Bay, Bournemouth was our 11th different Turtle Bay that we have visited. The whole team made us feel very welcome on the 2 days we visited. From the doormen, to the staff who show you to your table, serving staff, bar staff & chefs, all were a credit to the Bournemouth branch. We would like to give a shout out to Matt (bar man) who makes the best Jamaican wake up cocktails. Shout out also to Aaron & Chloe. Thank you all. Andy & Julie xx
We came here for a classic bottomless brunch. We were looked after by Liam who make sure that we always had a drink, and also gave solid recommendations throughout. The food was also really good and kept us going right to the end Will be back next time we’re in Bournemouth!
Great atmosphere great service, fantastic food !, although I felt we were approached too many times to ask how the food is and if everything is ok ?, interestingly the same experience as their other restaurants, when asking for the bill, the request for the bill followed by the wait for it to arrive when it wasn’t visibly busy .. I found to take an uncomfortable amount of time... (4 members of staff stood doing nothing and chatting)
Visited Turtle Bay twice during our Bournemouth holiday. Between the two of us we tried four different meals. Also the Rum plantain dessert. It was delicious. The rum certainly packed a punch! Each one was incredibly delicious. Perfectly cooked and unreal flavours! Chloe S. was our waitress both times and she's was really welcoming, warm friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing, colourful, authentic, lively, with some awesome music playing. Turtle Bay is our new favourite place to eat, we love it. Chloe and Liam made sure we had a great time and gave us a brilliant experience. Their service and friendliness was absolutely amazing especially considering how busy it was. Food was lovely too!!!
Service was fantastic. Sophia is very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere chilled. Food delicious. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bournemouth. We will definitely visit again when we come back to Bournemouth
Recently me and my friends visit the Turtle Bay,The staff were friendly and helpful, we received a great response from team members especially Liam and Matt , and I was pleasantly surprised with the interior and outer design. selection of beers and also...a large menu of various selection of non alcoholic cocktails and cocktails I will certainly visit again ,first time in recently and spoke to the bar man Matt , I went with friends and we had a great night!
